While Leonardo Faña was being transferred from the preventive prison of the Ciudad Nueva Palace of Justice to the Court of Appeal of the Center of Heroes, where he would be heard as a form of coercion and the people claiming his freedom.
Faña says he is innocent
The moment Faña was taken to court, he stated that it was an injustice that he had been committed; that he has not eaten since being imprisoned in protest because his arrest is unjust and that he is innocent of the acts charged against them.
