Fallout 76 needs some new content, and based on today’s roadmap, players will have to wait until summer to get it.

Although welcome new gameplay features and continuous quality of life improvements scheduled for the rest of the year, no new story missions are coming to it Fallout 76 at the earliest until closer to July, based on the game’s newly unveiled roadmap for 2021Here’s a loose rundown of what’s going to happen:

  • Spring: Special equipment, camp pockets, mannequins, daily ops expansion, crafting sliders, aim assist on the console.
  • Summer: Steel Reign Missions, Extensive Legendary Crafting, Unlimited Season Ranks.
  • Fall: Changes to private servers, daily expansion of operations.
  • Winter: More legendary four-star gear, one new sects seasonal event, alien based public events, camping pets.

It’s been nearly a year since Bethesda set out Fallout 76‘s new Seasonal Model and Battle Pass Reward System. W.While the game has gotten some new content since then, a lot has been based on it not-so-fun daily and weekly times. Summer’s conclusion of the The storyline of Brotherhood of Steel with Steel Reign will eventually exist Fallout 76first piece of major new content in months outside of the seasonal updates.

Aas much as I enjoyed the mini campaign ‘s first half, they are actually camp pets that I look forward to the most. While Fallout 76 currently has a system for it subdue and capture creatures in the wild, it ‘a tedious and loaded system that many people understandably have never been bothered by.

But winter is still far away. Bethesda says it is have more information to reveal about the rest of his plans before Fallout 76 this year in an AMA on Reddit on March 23 (tomorrow) at 11:30 am EDT.
