Fabio Lobo fears the covid and asks for release

The Honduran drug dealer Fabio Lobo begs to stay inside freedomdespite being sentenced to 24 years in prison U.S.

He requested a compassionate release from the US justice system for fear of getting caught COVID-19.

A document submitted by Lobo to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York points out that the Honduran wants to escape prison because of health problems and because he is vulnerable to Covid-19.

Lobo, son of former President Porfirio Lobo Sosa (2010-2014) is aware that a court cannot change a prison sentence once it has been imposed. But he states that this rule is subject to certain exceptions.

Lobo is 50 years old and states that he suffers from hypertension, respiratory infections and kidney problems, which put him at greater risk of infection. In his letter he says he will be immediately deported to Honduras, where he will live with his sister.
