Exercises to improve your vision in just 3 minutes

Do you want to improve your vision, but have little time for it? It follows the Japanese by Rui Hiramatsu, who uses a revolutionary method to activate the brain and exercise vision for those suffering from nearsightedness, presbyopia and even hyperopia, astigmatism or eye fatigue. This expert, author of the book ‘Improve your eyesight in 3 minutes’ (Ed. Kitsune) offers you a series of exercises, some of them based on the Gabor patches, to enhance your visual health.

Gabor plasters, a scientifically proven method

This method is based on Gabor patches, images of faint stripes used for visual exercises. In this case, the Japanese Hiramatsu suggests looking for two identical patches. In this way, our visual acuity is restored through brain stimulation.

Internationally renowned research centers, including the University of California, have confirmed its effectiveness by several studies. The method has gained popularity in the United States and even in the media such as New York Times they echoed.

The visual training system is very simple. In these exercises we suggest, you should look for two patches that are the same. If you think of it as a game, it will be more fun and easier to incorporate into your routine. To perform these exercises, you only need three minutes a day, and nothing happens if you can’t do them one day.
