Erika Jayne may have whispered that she filed for divorce from attorney Tom Girardi for infidelity, while the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star called his alleged mistress on social media.
Jayne, 49, posted and deleted photos taken from an old Girardi cell phone, with several text messages allegedly sent by the California judge, Judge Tricia A. Bigelow.
“This is Judge Tricia A. Bigelow. She was my husband Tom Girardi f-king and he paid for her Saxon bill and her plastic surgery. “
The messages included telling the married lawyer: “Tonight was fantastic. Really. But it would be a lot better if I were your f-king. “
Another message read, “Miss you baby. Make-up sex? along with several requests to Girardi to pay a Dr. David Matlock, with Bigalow threatening, “I can ask my new friend to pay if it’s a problem. He’s got a lot of money.”
While some fans have spoken out in defense of Jayne, others believe the reality star is trying to distract from her own legal troubles, as she and Girardi were recently charged with embezzlement.
Bigelow is a judge on the California Court of Appeal’s 2nd District Division 8. She has held the position since 2008 after being appointed by the then government. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Jayne did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
