A California man furious that Wingstop allegedly messed up his chicken wings order twice was caught on video throwing the till through the window when he got no refund on his online order.
The video, posted on TikTok by Tharon Trujillo on Tuesday, shows the unknown man tearing the cash register off the counter at a Wingstop location in Antelope and throwing it to the ground twice before throwing it out the window.
‘I don’t want the food. I do not wanna wait. I don’t have time to wait for dinner again. Okay, so what do we do now? ‘says the man in the video.
An employee replies, “Or you get the food remade and you go about your day and stop yelling at my other manager because that’s, no, it’s inappropriate.”

A man was caught on video arguing with California Wingstop employees over a failed order


The unknown man then snatched the till from the counter while shocked employees watched
The man then snatches the register and throws it on the floor before throwing it out the window and leaving the store. The video appears to be censoring the man unleashing a frenzy of expletives.
The Wingstop’s manager told KOVR that the man claimed he was missing wings and that company policy does not allow refunds on online orders.
Trujillo told the point of sale that he heard the enraged customer claim he got the wrong order twice.
‘I told him to calm down. I said, “you don’t want to go to jail, you don’t want to go to jail,” Trujillo said.
He added: ‘Certainly when I saw it I was kind of shaken, they were definitely shaken up, the ladies behind were absolutely shaken up and they were like thank you for your stay. It is certainly not what you see every day. ‘
It was not immediately clear what the man had ordered and how much he wanted to get back. DailyMail.com has contacted Wingstop for additional information and comment.
For reference, a large 10-piece wing combination costs $ 14.19 at the Antelope store, according to the Wingstop website’s online ordering system.

The man left the Wingstop without his refund, while the video showed broken glass on the floor
But the man may now have to pay thousands of dollars for the failed order.
The store manager told KOVR that replacing the broken register costs about $ 6,000 and the store is waiting for a quote to fix the window.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office told the outlet that vandalism involving damages in excess of $ 950 is considered a felony, and the incident qualifies for issuing a felony warrant.
The Wingstop site is in the process of filing a police report for the damage. No injuries were reported.
