The recent back and forth between Eminem and Snoop Dogg was interesting to say the least. It all started when Snoop moved on The breakfast club and stated that he did not believe that Eminem belonged to the list of the best rappers of all time. This caused some discussion and arguments between Snoop and Eminem fans, who once believed they were in the same camp. Snoop’s words got him a response from Eminem to the song ‘Zeus’. “The last thing I need is Snoop doggin ‘me / Man, Dogg, you were like a goddamn god to me / Nah, not really / I had’ dog ‘backwards”, Em raps on the song. Snoop appeared to be firing back and the problem has yet to be resolved.

Eminem recently hopped on Shade 45 radio to provide a rundown of the songs on his new album Songs To Get Killed By: Side B. During the conversation, he touched on his Snoop lyrics.

“Anyway, everything he said was okay, up to a point,” Em explained on Shade 45. “He said Dre made the best version of me, absolutely, why would I have a problem with that? Would I be here without Dre? Fuck no, I wouldn’t. The ’90s Rappers He Cited – KRS One, Big Daddy Kane, [Kool] G Rap – I never said I could fuck them. “

“I think it was more about the tone he used that caught me off guard, because I thought, where’s this coming from? I just saw you, what the fuck? It messed me up,” Em continued. . “I probably could have gotten past the whole show and stuff, but it was the last line where he said, ‘As far as I can live music without, I can live without that shit.’ “You’re disrespectful now. It just took me by surprise.”

He also touches on his apology to Rihanna, who appears in the same issue. The story behind the leaked Rihanna “diss”, in which Em takes sides with Chris Brown in case of assault, is that Em recorded the verse while he was engaged in Relapse in 2009. He claims he was just trying to throw something on a verse. “Fair to God, I told Paul this when it first happened,” he begins. First, I don’t know how anyone got it. Second, I don’t remember even remembering doing that verse. Like, the rhyme schemes didn’t even sound familiar to me, so I was blown away. “Still he admitted his mistake.” I’m not making excuses for it. I said it, and I was wrong to say it. It was bloody stupid, “Em stated.
