Ellen highlighted her enviable finishing frame in a tailored black sweater and slipped into a matching pleated skirt that hit below the knee.

She even matched her mask with the rest of her outfit, opting for a black number when she came out of the lockdown for a drink.

The Massachusetts-born TV star added a touch of contrast to her look by pairing accessories with a gray pageboy cap.

Ellen has been married to her husband Chris Ivery since 2007 and they have three children: Stella, 11, Sienna, six, and Eli, four.

In a recent interview, she got candid about how the pandemic affected her feelings about playing a medical professional on TV.

“It’s really serious what they’re going through, and if we could put a face on those faceless health workers … people just hear about it, or see them behind masks,” Ellen told People magazine last month.

“Even though we’re behind masks, so many people know our show, and that was something to take seriously,” she admitted.

‘It was a huge responsibility. We wanted it so badly. I have to say that everyone on the show, all the actors, are super dedicated to it and really, really excited about getting something so meaningful to portray this season. ‘

She clarified, “Of course we’d rather not have COVID-19, but when you’re doing a show for 17 seasons, you’re really looking at how to keep these stories going.”

Ellen said, “These health workers gave it to us this season, so we are very grateful to be able to tell the stories of these health workers.”
