At one point, DeGeneres is seen with her mask pulled down and appears to be talking to someone on her cell phone.

DeGeneres wasn’t around when her mask was taken off. When asked about her experiences with the disease, DeGeneres replied that she “felt 100 percent.”

‘I am fine. I’ve been very lucky, ”DeGeneres added.

A representative from DeGeneres told DailyMail.com on Sunday that the host has ended her quarantine and is being tested regularly.

DeGeneres announced her positive test results on social media on December 10.

‘Hi everyone, I want to let you all know that I tested positive for Covid-19. Fortunately, I feel fine at the moment, ” DeGeneres, 62, said in a statement on Twitter.

“Anyone who has been in close contact with me has been notified and I am following all correct CDC guidelines,” she added. ‘See you all again after the holidays. Please stay safe and healthy. ‘

While DeGeneres usually records episodes of The Ellen Show at least a day in advance, the December 10 show was a rerun of an episode that first ran on October 15.

It marked the cancellation of the last day of DeGeneres’ well-known 12 Days of Giveaways holiday promotion series, which typically draws big sponsors and high ratings.

Last week, DeGeneres shared a health update with her 92.3 million Instagram followers.

In a new video posted on her Instagram, the host thanked fans for their ‘good wishes’ amid her battle with the virus and some of its severe symptoms.

When asked about her experiences with the disease, DeGeneres replied that she “felt 100 percent.” DeGeneres added: ‘I’m fine. I’ve been very lucky ‘

‘I feel 100 percent. I feel really good, ‘she assured listeners, before detailing her experience with’ excruciating back pain, ‘which is a common coronavirus condition according to WebMD.

While she hadn’t seen or thought of back pain as a COVID symptom before, she said that “ other people ” confirmed they’ve experienced it too.

The host’s coronavirus diagnosis came a day after a damning Buzzfeed News article claimed she was struggling to attract sponsors and A-list guests for this year’s holiday giveaway series, but those claims were disputed by the DeGeneres team.

A current employee of The Ellen Show told the outlet that the show’s giveaway segments had failed in the wake of reports of the show’s “ toxic ” work culture.

‘In a typical year, 12 Days of Giveaways is huge. We actually claimed Christmas on TV during the day. When you think of Christmas on TV, you think of The Ellen Show, ”the employee said.

‘Everyone wants to be in the audience. Everyone wants the gifts. And so we list all these crazy sponsors, and people love it. But this year our ’12 Days’ is more concise. We don’t have that many sponsors. ‘

However, a source close to the show vigorously disputed the claims as false, telling DailyMail.com that the typical 12 Days of Giveaways format, which often focuses on lavish travel and vacations, had to be radically changed due to the reality of the pandemic.

Season 18 guests of the show included Matthew McConaughey, Justin Bieber, Jane Fonda, Chance the Rapper, Kristen Bell, and Orlando Bloom.

Many guest appearances have been via video link due to the pandemic, but some have also been held in the studio.
