Edrick menjivar remains the head of the national team, the Olympia goalkeeper will be part of Honduras’ new friendly against Greece in Thessaloniki.

The goalkeeper was already part of the 11th base against Belarus and his performance was good in the catracha side’s 1-1 draw in Minsk.
Fabian Coito, coach of the Bicolor, reported on Friday at a press conference that goalkeeper Luis López is not physically at one hundred percent and for that reason Edrick Menjívar would remain as a starter against Greece. “Luis López is coming from Honduras with an inconvenience in his shoulder,” the DT said.
“Buba” started the catracha squad for three years until Edrick broke his streak by starting against Belarus.
Luis López was unbeaten in 18 consecutive games while tackling the national team. In the last duels with Real España he has shown some weaknesses in the goal, a situation that is now putting him under pressure because Menjívar can take over that position from him.
