Dancing with the stars Gleb Savchenko’s estranged wife Elena Samodanova has asked for joint custody and marital support during their split.
Samodanova, 36, filed her petitions in a divorce petition last Dec. 22, People reported Tuesday.
Samodanova, in her application to end the 14-year marriage, asked the court to ignore the chance that Savchenko, 37, would receive support.

The former couple are parents to Olivia, 10, and Zlata, three.
Samodanova told People that her estranged husband Savchenko had “a recent inappropriate relationship” amidst “ongoing infidelity,” but Savchenko told Entertainment Tonight that he has always been faithful in the relationship.
‘I never really cheated on her. Never, never, ”Savchenko said to the outlet. ‘This whole thing, she tried to set it up. All those partners I danced with … it was never the case. ‘
Savchenko told the outlet that he had not romantically aimed at Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause, his dance partner in season 29 of the show, by sending her flowers; he said that Samodanova had told him that the flower gift would be a nice gesture.

The former couple, pictured in 2017 in LA, are the parents of Olivia, 10, and Zlata, three.
He also responded to new shots from a romantic excursion between Samodanova and former DWTS personality Vlad Kvartin in Mexico, saying, “I felt like something was wrong with Vlad.”
Samodanova’s representative told People his allegations that she was having an extramarital affair “are completely false.
“Elena has been busy in recent years launching their shared dance studio and raising their daughters,” the rep said. It’s no secret that Gleb has had affairs with former dance partners – and who knows who else.
“Playing the victim is gross negligence on his part and he may have to pay attention to what he says before Elena decides to meet him at his level and reveal everyone’s names.”
Savchenko vacationed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico earlier this month with his newfound romantic interest, Sharknado actress Cassie Scerbo, on a couples’ trip with Stause and her beau Keo Motsepe, also a Dancing with the Stars professional.
