Dwayne Johnson shares first trailer for Young Rock

Dwayne Johnson AKA The Rock is one of the most famous people in the world with a huge career that started in wrestling and grew into one of Hollywood’s greatest successes. A lot of people know how The Rock got its start, but the star is now giving people a much better look by producing a new sitcom called Young Rock. We learned yesterday that the show is set to premiere next month, and Johnson has just shared the show’s first trailer.

“Every hero has an origin story,” the trailer begins with excerpts from some of The Rock’s great movies. “But not a full mustache at the age of 15,” adds the voice-over as a photo of a young Johnson appears on the screen. “It’s the true life story of The Rock.” The trailer then shows clips from the show featuring various actors playing Johnson as a child, teen, and adult.
