Drudge Report Targets New York Gov. Cuomo Amid Allegations Of Covering Up Nursing Homes

The Drudge Report on Saturday called out New York Governor Andrew Cuomo over the alleged cover of the number of deaths in the state’s nursing homes as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

On Saturday, the most conservative aggregation website shared links to coverage from The Daily Mail and The Associated Press about the nursing home data controversy.

Cuomo has pointed to a small but growing body of research suggesting that uncontrolled community spread is the biggest factor in nursing home outbreaks, and he has said insufficient assistance from the federal government with travel restrictions, testing, and protective equipment New York City and its suburbs particularly vulnerable.
