Dr. Dre has launched a new legal salvo in his controversial divorce from Nicole Young by submitting a prenuptial agreement that his ex refuses to acknowledge.
The agreement states that properties purchased by Dre of Young will be kept separate during a divorce, TMZ reported Wednesday.
While the document may prevent his estranged wife from taking ownership of his property, it still allows her to receive marital support in the divorce.

The 50-year-old attorney filed staggering sums from Dre during their divorce proceedings, including $ 5 million for her attorney fees and $ 1.5 million for incidentals, including for security.
In October, the judge turned down the request for security charges, declining to speed up the $ 5 million in legal fees.
