The Pro League has issued a document clarifying its position and taking action in the Byron Castillo case. The player has been registered for the tournament because of the documentation submitted by his club (BSC), which has the maximum responsibility for ensuring that they are valid.
The body has also given way to the right-wing authorization since the conservation action it presented a few years ago indicated that it could not be punished and therefore was not denied the right to work.
The Pro League was clear in its stance not to act until there is an enforceable or final ruling. Therefore, until justice has not made a decisive decision, they cannot act beyond their means.
