Dionne Warwickmusings Chance The Rapper and The weekend become tangible benefits – they come together to feed the hungry.
Here’s the deal … Dionne and Chance team up on an initiative to feed the homeless after starting a friendship on Twitter. Chance announced on Windy City LIVE in Chicago on Tuesday that they will be raising money with a new song – and TMZ scholar The Weeknd will be joining them for the collab.
Dionne’s son, Dionne Damon Elliott, says TMZ … he writes and produces the track, called “Nothing’s Impossible”. DDE says The Weeknd decided to join after a phone call with Dionne, telling how food insecurity is personal to him. The Weeknd itself was once homeless.

We are told money from song streams will benefit from this Hunger not impossible … an organization connecting those in need with prepaid, nutritious meals from local restaurants across the country.
DDE says the track will be out early next year … they haven’t set a release date yet as production is still in the early stages. We are told that Dionne sent some of her vocals to Chance and The Weeknd.

It’s pretty cool … this whole collaboration started from Dionne’s now famous tweets both artists ask for their stage names. Ah, the power of social media.
