Houston Texans quarterback Watson is facing 21 civil lawsuits for sexual assault and misconduct

The Texas player’s lawyer has made a statement in which they celebrate, for the first time they will be able to find out who one of the plaintiffs is.

Nick Caserio, general manager of the Houston Texans said the demands for alleged assaults and inappropriate behavior against Deshaun Watson are “certainly concerning” and they are something the team takes ‘very seriously’.
“We are certainly aware of it and we are on the lookout,” Caserio told the podcast Texans Total Access“In the beginning we made a statement about the position of the organization. I would say it’s a legal situation, a legal process, so we respect that.
“We certainly take them very seriously. The allegations that have been discussed are certainly disturbing and, from an organizational point of view, these actions are not something that we can condone, that we allow, ”he added.
Caserio’s comments about the Watson situation are the first made by any member of the Texans. New head coach David Culley has not spoken to the media since the first lawsuit was filed on March 16. The team made two statements, and in one it said it would stay in touch with the NFL while investigating the league according to its personal conduct policy.
In early March, Buzbee said he would present affidavits and evidence from several women to the Houston Police Department and city attorney. He also indicated that he will ask a grand jury to consider the evidence and determine whether the allegations warrant the state of Texas to file a case against Watson.
Dane Schiller, spokeswoman for the Harris County district attorney, said last week that it would be “inappropriate” for the prosecutor’s office to comment on the lawsuits against the passerby.
