Death Stranding Cyberpunk 2077 Free DLC released on PC

Kojima Productions is celebrating the release of Cyberpunk 2077 in his own game, Death Stranding, with free content and an all-new hacking mechanism inspired by the open-world action game from CD Projekt Red. That new content is now available in the Windows PC version of Death Stranding via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Death StrandingThe surprising new DLC includes cosmetic items such as a Cyberpunk 2077-inspired (AkiraInspired) Reverse Trike Vehicle, a new arm for Sam Bridges that is modeled after Johnny Silverhand’s robotic arm, “various fashion items” including Johnny’s sunglasses and new holograms. You can see those cosmetic items in the trailer above.

Below can be seen Death Stranding‘s new hacking feature. Sam can use it in combat to target enemy machines, and players will now “have the ability to prevent Mule sensor poles from activating for a limited time, stun enemy Odradeks, and hack Mule trucks to stop them,” Kojima Productions said in an update about it Death Stranding‘s Steam page.

Thursday update for Death Stranding also includes “six new missions with characters and lore from Cyberpunk 2077, ”Said Kojima Productions.

Kojima Productions has the availability of Death Stranding‘s Cyberpunk 2077 content for the PlayStation 4 version of the game.

Death Stranding is currently on sale for 50% off on Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Kojima Productions has the Windows PC version of Death Stranding released in July, following the game’s release on PlayStation 4 in November 2019. CD Projekt Red Cyberpunk 2077 on December 10 for PlayStation 4, Stadia, Windows PC and Xbox One.
