Dancing With The Stars pro Witney Carson reveals her newborn son’s name after welcoming her first child to Carson McAllister
Dancing With The Stars pro Witney Carson became a mother for the first time on January 3.
The 27-year-old revealed the name of her newborn son on Instagram on Wednesday afternoon and shared the first photo of Kevin Leo McAllister after giving birth via caesarean section.
Witney, a healthy baby boy who graced the hearts of she and her husband Carson McAllister, shared the meaning behind the name while calling him “the most precious gift.”

Kevin Leo McAllister. Named after his grandfather who sent it to us, ”she wrote.
Born January 3, 2021, 7 lbs. 2oz. 21 ‘tall! My little Leo, I love you more than words can express. ‘
‘You are the most precious gift. My life will be changed forever by your sweet spirit. Welcome to the world Leo, ”she gushed.
The Utah resident documented parts of her work on social media and said it was not an easy process.

On Tuesday, she posted a video before, during and after the pregnancy as she, her four-year-old husband, spent their first ’24 hours’ with their ‘precious, beautiful boy’.
Everyone tells you how special it is to bring life into this world, but you never know exactly what they mean until it happens to you. This is my whole world, ”she said.
Fellow DWTS pro Artem Chigvintsev who recently welcomed his first child with Nikki Bella wrote: ‘Congratulations.’

She also received flowers from Derek Hough’s DWTS pro girlfriend Hayley Erbert as she thanked her for the ‘sweet’ gift.
Husband McAllister stayed by his wife’s side all day while the couple enjoyed their last moments as a family of two.
“I have never loved this man more than I do now,” she wrote in a photo with her husband. ‘He is a real angel.
Witney shared from the comfort of her hospital bed that she had been given an epidural to help treat pain.
“Contractions really are hell, but the epidural is heaven … so I’m fine,” she signed a shot as Carson massaged her hand.

She first revealed the novelty of her pregnancy on July 23 when she posted a photo of her and Kevin with their ultrasound pictures and a pregnancy test.
“We already love this little bean so much and we can’t wait to start this wonderful chapter in our lives!” She shared.
Due to her pregnancy, the long-term DWTS pro was unable to participate in the most recent season as she took her baby’s health into account.
Witney and Carson were married in a ceremony held by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Salt Lake Temple in Salt Lake City on January 1, 2016, and celebrated their fifth anniversary on Friday.
