2020 was marked by the tragedy, sadness and uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic. On December 31, the whole world celebrates the end of a gloomy year that cost nearly two million people.

Late last year a Cuban mother also gave birth to triplets in Pinar del Río province: Ainoa, Analia and Aylin. A few days earlier quadruplets were born in Villa Clara, in Mariana Grajales maternity hospital, this time all men: Anuel, Allan, Aseak and Austin.
In 2020 there were two deliveries of triplets at Villa Clara: some girls in April and three boys in May.
