Crowd Protests ‘SNL’ Vaccine Trap as Anti-Semitism

“Saturday Night Live” was not laughed at on West 49th Street, as dozens left with megaphones and signs to protest a joke the week before about vaccinations in Israel.

The crowd, led by former MP Dov Hikind hours before the show, chanted “Shame on NBC!” and “Anti-Semitism is not funny!” outside NBC’s West 49th Street entrance.

Comedian Michael Che had sparked a reaction when he joked about a recent “Weekend Update” segment: “Israel reports inoculating half of their population. I think it’s the Jewish half.”

“It’s amazing they haven’t apologized yet,” Hikind told The Post.

“They’ve done something so blatant, so horrible that I am personally sick and tired of a large network like NBC that indulges in spreading hatred. That’s basically what they did. “

He promised to continue “whatever needs to be done” until the matter is recognized.

“I’m not going to shut up about this stuff that really endangers the Jewish people,” he said.
