The prime minister is asked how many people in Scotland she thinks have been vaccinated by the end of the week and how many supplies have been allocated to Scotland.

Nicola Sturgeon says the goal is to have all over-70s by mid-February, the key date.

She would also expect many people over 65 to be vaccinated this week.

The government is “on track” to achieve its goal of vaccinating all over-80s before Friday, Ms Sturgeon added.

The Scottish government has been asked by the British government not to provide supply figures, the prime minister said. But despite that request, British ministers continue to inform the press, which is “a source of frustration”.

“We want to understand that we can all agree not to publish them, or we publish them correctly and transparently,” she adds.
