KANSAS CITY, Missouri. – As the introduction of the COVID-19 vaccine continues in Kansas City, 41 Action News is compiling a list of vaccination events and where people can sign up for a vaccine interest form each week. Check back regularly for updates.
Vaccine slots fill up quickly and are often scheduled for every week.
Starting Sunday, March 21, Missouri will vaccinate people in Stage 1B, Level 3.
Last week, Governor Mike Parson announced the state would be moving Phase 2 on March 29 and Phase 3 on April 9.
Starting Sunday, March 21, Kansas will vaccinate people in phase 1 and phase 2 of the vaccination plan.
Gov. Laura Kelly also announced last week that the state would be moving in phases 3 and 4 on March 22.

Missouri COVID-19 Vaccine Navigator
As Missouri prepares for phases 2 and 3 of vaccine introduction, government officials are encouraging anyone interested in vaccination to register with the website of the state’s vaccine navigator.
After completing the form, residents will be contacted when it is their turn to receive a vaccine and schedule an appointment.
Kansas Find my vaccine resource
In Kansas, the Find my vaccine tool allows people eligible for phase 2 to find locations near them that will administer the vaccine.
Walmart
Walmart facilitates vaccines in Kansas and Missouri. People must sign up for an appointment in advance. More information about vaccines at Walmart can be found in the store vaccine website. Appointments can fill up quickly. Those wishing to sign up should check Walmart’s website regularly.

Hy-Vee
Hy-Vee facilitates vaccines at locations in Kansas and Missouri. Those interested in receiving a vaccine can sign up for an appointment on Hy-Vee’s COVID-19 vaccine website.
A Hy-Vee employee will contact those who qualify when it is their turn to receive a vaccine.
The Hy-Vee website allows people to search for locations in Kansas City by zip code. The information is periodically updated as new appointments become available.
CVS pharmacy
CVS Pharmacy administers vaccines in the Kansas City area on the Missouri side. On Sunday, March 21, they begin appointments in Kansas City, Kansas and Leavenworth. As in other places, appointments are required. Registration for the Sunday appointments began on March 19.
To register for an appointment, fill in an interest study on the CFS vaccine website.
Appointment availability is also available on the website.
People without online access can contact CVS Customer Service: 1 (800) 746-7287. No walk-in vaccinations are provided.
Balls Food pharmacies
Balls Food Pharmacies announced on March 17 that it will offer vaccination appointments for COVID-19 every Friday at 10 a.m.

Operation Safe, Clay County
Operation Safe is a partnership between the Clay County Public Health Center, Liberty and North Kansas City hospitals, and Cerner.
This week, Operation Safe organizes clinics from Wednesday March 24 to Saturday March 27.
These clinics will administer the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
These are by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted.

Anyone interested in future events should have one interest form for vaccine.
Baseball Museum of the Negro League
Hy-Vee has partnered with the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum to provide vaccines to unearned residents near the 18th & Vine District in Kansas City, Missouri.
Vaccination events are held 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 12.30 – 4.00 pm every Monday until further notice.
The clinics are by appointment only and are only available to people living near the 18th & Vine District.
Vaccines will be administered at the museum, located at 1616 East 18th Street, Kansas City, MO 64108.
Kansas City VA Medical Centers
The Kansas City VA Medical Center is now accepting walk-in appointments for one of his Kansas City area veteran clinics.
To get a vaccine at the KCVA, veterans must be enrolled in the VA healthcare system.
The KCVA also encourages veterans to call 816-922-2619 to make an appointment.
The run-in doses are administered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Wyandotte County
Wyandotte County residents who are 65 or older and critical workers on Phase 2 of the Kansas Vaccine Plan can receive a vaccine at mass clinics facilitated by the unified government.
These are walk-in options and are held Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the following locations:

Johnson County Department of Health and Environment
The Johnson County Department of Health and Environment is currently vaccinating people who are eligible for phase 1 and Phase 2 of the rollout of the state vaccine.
Next week, however, the state will begin vaccinating people in stages 3 and 4.
Anyone interested in getting vaccinated must fill out the province’s vaccination interest form. JCDHE will then reach people when it is their turn to make an appointment
