Among the announcements: Some fans are allowed to attend sporting events.

Monday, March 1, the following will come into effect:
SPORTS EVENTS
– Meetings are allowed up to state limits
In total -2,500 people for outdoor events, 500 people in total for indoor events
This is good news for Phillies fans as Citizens Bank Park is an open-air venue. The Phillies home opener is on April 1.
However, fans are not yet admitted to the Wells Fargo Center for Sixers and Flyers games.
The total number of people allowed includes not only fans, but also executives. The WFC said it would need more than 500 field workers for a match when fans are in attendance.
“We are in direct communication with city and state officials to determine when we can further expand our capacity and welcome fans to the arena,” said Valerie Camillo, President of Business Operations for the Philadelphia Flyers and Wells Fargo Center.
RESTAURANTS
-Maximum of 6 people per table allowed outside and they do not have to come from the same household
Current capacity limits and indoor requirements still apply
STORES
-Increase to 20 people per 1000 square feet
HIGHER CENTERS
– May open, but everyone will have to wear K-N95 masks or double mask
-No more than 25 people in a room or group
THEATERS
– May serve food in movie theaters
-Groups no larger than 4
ACTED EVENTS
Indoor events still prohibited
-Outdoor events limit increased to 100 people
RELIGIOUS SERVICES
-Increase to 20% capacity
