The health department report revealed five deaths, 672 confirmed positive cases, 472 probable and 743 suspected cases.
The reported deaths were five men aged 55 to 86 from the regions of Arecibo, Caguas and Ponce.
There are 321 hospitalized adults and 26 minors.
216 deaths have been attributed to COVID-19 so far.
