The court claimed to exclude the evidence that the documents constituting evidence 1; 1.1; and 1.2 of the prosecution service, were not properly translated from Portuguese into Spanish by a court interpreter, as stipulated in the standard.
However, the judges will allow the prosecution service to include evidence 1.3 in the debate; 1.4; 1.5 and 1.6, to determine whether the court values the award-winning decisions of Marcos Vasconcelos Cruz and other collaborations.
The same, the court will cancel the hearing on the merits for tomorrow, Tuesday at 9:00 am in the morning, to continue with the accuser’s presentation of the evidence.
While the defense of the accused Ángel Rondón, led by José Miguel Minier, believed that what happened in court is a sign that the prosecution has no evidence in this case.
The Special Prosecutor for the Prosecution of Administrative Corruption (PEPCA) advised the holder Wilson camacho and the team of prosecutors accompanying him to drop the charge to “avoid a display of bad taste in society.”
For his part, Camacho announced that they will not stand by and file an appeal to the judges to reconsider their decision.
