Memorial Hermann has partnered with NRG Park to offer a COVID-19 vaccine drive-thru clinic on Thursday, but all available appointments are reserved.

During this event, Memorial Hermann plans to vaccinate people 65 years of age or older, based on the Phase 1B guidelines for vaccination distribution.

Memorial Hermann added that as of Friday 5 p.m. they had vaccinated a total of about 6,300 people since opening Thursday morning.

The vaccination is by appointment only for those eligible under state guidelines.

“Due to the limited number of vaccines, individuals who do not have an appointment confirmation, or a photo ID matching the name and date of birth on the appointment confirmation, will not be vaccinated,” said a statement published on Memorial Hermann’s website.
