Colombians and Venezuelans transporting cocaine shipments are sent to prison

Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

For the crime of heavy drug trafficking, four Venezuelans and a Colombian were sent to prison, imprisoned in a boat with 819 kilos of cocaine.

The accused Jesús Ramón Montaño Carreno, Francisco Javier Romero, Jairo Ismael Barreto Rosas, Julio Ramos Miranda and June David Boada Farfán was taken to court, who decided to order judicial arrest.

The ship was intercepted on Saturday by elements of the Naval Force on the high seas in Cayo Gorda, in Gracias a Dios. At sunrise Sunday, Atic did the inspection and found 26 bales of 819 kilos of cocaine.

Also Lustin Javier Padilla Mancía, who drove a truck in which the Atic seized 60 kilos of cocaine San Pedro Sula, was sent to La Tolva.
