Megan Rapinoe, captain of the US team, was one of the figures in the victory over Colombia in the second friendly. The North Americans hit 6-0 this time.
The sum and superiority keep growing. Of the eight games played between the women’s teams of the United States and Colombia, seven were victories for the North Americans, the other remaining game was a draw.
Colombia unfortunately did not hit the ball in the two friendly games that were played against the United States this week. The first was lost 4-0 and tonight’s was 6-0. While there were several North American footballers who scored, in the development and scoreboard, Megan Rapinoe, captain of the team, stood out, who scored a double and was in charge of the day’s win.
The game quickly turned towards the Americans after Catarina Macario’s clubhouse goal, who scored in the second minute on an assist from Ali Krieger. The local team captain was in charge of scoring her double at 35 ‘and 44’ from the penalty spot.
