In the photo, which was posted by his mother Angie, Cody was seen with his arm around Marloes’ waist, putting a tender kiss on her forehead.
The 28-year-old beauty looked stunning in a sparkly black and silver backless dress, while Cody was dapper in a black suit, white shirt and tie.
The new romance comes after Cody confirmed his split with ex-girlfriend Miley Cyrus in August.

He recently unfollowed the Hannah Montana star on Instagram, despite saying the pair were still friends after their intense relationship broke down.
“ We’re just deciding who we want to be in our life, what we want to do, so don’t make it a drama when we hang out to get pizza next week, ” Miley said on a recent Instagram Live broadcast.
‘We’ve been friends for 10 years and we’ll be friends, so just don’t make it something that it isn’t.’
Miley was previously married to Australian actor Liam Hemsworth.
Meanwhile, Cody announced the exciting news that he qualified for the Olympic Games in swimming this month.
The blonde made the cut by swimming the 100-meter butterfly in 54.9 seconds, easily beating the qualifying benchmark of 56.87.

Cody shared the exciting news via Instagram, uploading a photo of himself posing triumphantly by a pool in his swimsuit, alongside a passionate essay.
