Christopher John Rogers is a force to be reckoned with in fashion. Known for his lavish collections, he won the CFDA /Fashion Fashion Fund Award in 2019, won the 2020 CFDA Award for American Emerging Designer of the Year, is a semi-finalist for this year’s LVMH award, and dressed up Vice President Kamala Harris for her inauguration in January. Now, just in time for spring, the New York-based label will be widely available at Target for the first time.
On Monday morning, Target announced the latest edition of its Designer Dress Collection, debuting last year with limited edition designs from Cushnie, Lisa Marie Fernandez and LoveShackFancy. This time around, Rogers as well as Alexis and RIXO created more than 70 dresses in sizes ranging from XXS to 4X. And nothing is more than $ 60.
“For over 20 years, Target has partnered with some of the biggest names in the industry and had the opportunity to introduce our guests to emerging designers who are shaping fashion and culture today,” said Jill Sando, executive vice president and Target’s chief merchandising officer, in a statement. “With this spring collection, we celebrate three incredibly talented and diverse designers, while creating our most comprehensive collection of original quality dresses that we know our guests will love.”
The Designer Dress Collection will be coming to Target.com for a limited time later this spring and selecting stores. Keep scrolling for a taste of what’s on offer.
