China Taiwan donates seven water treatment plants to the Sula Valley

The Ambassador of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in Honduras, Diego Wen, detailed that large water purification pumps can generate water for communities of 400 to 500 people and small ones for communities of 40 to 50 people.

“We are confident that with these deliveries we will benefit a large population affected by storms Eta and Iota,” the diplomat stressed.

Wen explained that the technology and components used are all developed in the Republic of China (Taiwan), including a special filter developed by the ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute) that can filter water and eliminate viruses and particles.
