Finally the day had arrived, this Saturday night the Mexican Saúl ‘Canelo’ Álvarez returns to the ring to face undefeated British Callum Smith in the World Boxing Association and World Boxing Council’s Super Middleweight title at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
Canelo fights for the first time in 2020 and faces a tough challenge against a 6-foot-3-inch tall rival – the longest he’s ever seen in his career – which has a remarkable advantage within reach, plus a record of 27-0 with 19 knockouts.
