Charli D’Amelio is getting a Hulu reality show with her family

TikTok star Charli D’Amelio and her family are heading to Hulu.

The controversial teen dance sensation, 16, which has over 100 million followers on TikTok, will join her family on the eight-part reality series ‘The D’Amelio Show’.

The series will show Charli, her sister Dixie, 19, dad Marc and mom Heidi as they navigate their near-night fame and their LA life.

“We are excited to join the Hulu family with a unique behind-the-scenes look at our lives,” said Marc D’Amelio in Hulu’s press release.

“We have always been a very close family, but this experience has brought us even closer together and we are very excited to share a glimpse of our lives with the world,” he continued. “A lot of people make impressions of us based on short content, a few minutes or even seconds. But now we look forward to sharing a side you probably won’t see on our social channels. “

Charli may have millions of followers, but she’s also a polarizing figure. Along with her sister Dixie, she recently drew Internet anger – and lost more than 1 million followers – for her allegedly snobbish attitude in a video in November in which she and Dixie mocked their family’s personal chief, Aaron May.

She later defended herself saying, “I am a good person with a good heart.”

“The D’Amelio Show” has not yet announced an air date.
