The homicide division of the Caguas command filed two draft complaints against it Dennis Antonio Rivera Aponte, 38 years old, a resident of Gurabo for the murder of her consensual partner Ileana Rodríguez Félix, 35 years old.
The investigation found that the suspect, using an object, attacked the victim with a hard blow to various parts of the head, causing serious bodily harm to the point of killing her, not satisfied with such act, he put her in his vehicle, left the suspect’s home and collided with a power pylon, apparently with the intention of attributing death to the accident.
This case was investigated by Agent Joely Vicente Cruz of the Caguas Homicide Division, who consulted with prosecutor Yamir Samolot who ordered complaints to be filed for Sections 93e (First Degree Murder) and Section 6.06 of Law 168 (gun law)
This afternoon and in room 304 of the Caguas Court chaired by Judge Daniel López González, the accused, accompanied by his legal representation, made allegations of guilt for the complaints filed.
A $ 325,000.00 bond loan was set, loaned and scheduled for March 17, 2021 for preliminary hearing.
