According to ViacomCBS, Super Bowl ad inventory is “virtually” sold out for the Feb. 7 game.

Thirty-second spots on the biggest night of the ad sold for $ 5.5 million or a little more. But ViacomCBS could still put an advertiser in the game if they made a great offer. CBS will broadcast the Super Bowl on February 7.

The inventory of Fox’s 2020 broadcast of the Super Bowl 2020 sold out in November, but it’s not uncommon for in-game ad slots to last until much closer to game time. While the Super Bowl has always been a rare opportunity for advertisers to get an American look at their brand, it has been a difficult and uncertain year for many companies.

This year’s lineup of advertisers is full of newbies as some advertisers, such as Coke and Budweiser, have chosen to stay on the sidelines because it comes to traditional ad time. Meanwhile, Pepsi continues to sponsor the halftime show, but it is abandoning traditional ad time. His siblings Frito-Lay brands will still run ads during the game.

New names such as e-commerce company Mercari, freelance marketplace Fiverr and second-hand car dealer Vroom are appearing at the competition next month after strength in a stay-at-home year.
