Cardi B talks about her insecurities: ‘I felt ugly and underdeveloped’

New York, United States.

The singer Cardi B has once again carried out an exercise of sincerity and total transparency by speaking openly about the therapeutic effect being obtained for her surgical procedures to which he has been subjected in recent years, to which he somehow attributes the end of the traditional problems with self-esteem who suffered because of his physique.

In the interesting conversation he had with fellow singer Mariah Carey for the last number of the Interview magazine, the hip hop star recognized that when he was younger, felt “underdeveloped” and to some extent the ‘ugly duckling’ in his neighborhood by failing to meet the beauty standards he believes define the bronx girls lustier than Cardi was before they became famous.

I was very thin when I was younger, and the truth is, the Bronx is all about having lots of curves and a big butt, so the guys laughed at me for having the bastard and I was missing chest, ”the music diva admitted in the publication.

Once she started making more money than usual as a dancer in various clubs around the city, the then aspiring rapper didn’t think twice about ‘attacking’ the source of her many insecurities.

I felt ugly and underdeveloped… When I started working as a dancer and made enough money to buy new breasts, that lack of confidence in my breast completely disappeared. But then in the strip clubs those insecurities came back because all the girls had big asses. It was like going back to adolescence, so I did it and now I feel a lot more confident about myself, ”he explained.
