Ask: Can I get the COVID-19 vaccine in a province other than the one I come from?

Answer: Yes.

Gov. Greg Abbott said in a Jan. 11 news conference that there are no geographic restrictions on receiving the COVID-19 vaccine at a Texas vaccine center as long as you are a Texas resident.

Special section: Vaccine Central

Residents can travel throughout the district to receive the vaccine as long as they make the required appointment time and if they qualify for it.
