A new Call of Duty 2021 leak has popped up online and it says all the right things, especially for it Modern warfare and War zone fans. Activision has not disclosed Call of Duty 2021 so far, but it has confirmed that a new entry in the series will be released this year through the PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC. That said, while Activision has some silence and restraint on the title, leakers aren’t.
Getting on Twitter, prominent Duty leaker, Tom Henderson, told what he heard about the game. If you don’t know Henderson, he’s one of the best resources when it comes to CODFISH, and has provided accurate firsts Modern warfare War zone Black Ops Cold War, and more.
According to Henderson, Call of Duty 2021 is under development at Sledgehammer Games, the team behind it Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Duty: WWIIAdditionally, Henderson claims the game will be just as grim and controversial Modern warfare was, and that’s why MW fans start on board the Call from Duty 2021 hype train. Henderson also describes the game as ‘boots on the ground’, which is always an easy way to get hardcore and classic CODFISH fans enthusiastic. To this end, the game apparently emphasizes guerrilla-style warfare.
Finally, Henderson confirms that the game will be integrated with War zone like Black Ops Cold War was back in December. This means that all weapons will come from the game War zone and the map may be getting a makeover to better reflect the new release.
Henderson doesn’t reveal anything about a setting, but according to another prominent insider, the game goes back to World War II.
As always, everything here should be taken with a grain of salt. While Henderson has proven reliable on numerous occasions, it doesn’t change the fact that nothing here is official, and furthermore, even if it’s all 100 percent accurate, it doesn’t mean it will stay that way. Things are constantly changing in game development.
At the time of publication, Activision and Sledgehammer Games have not commented on the above information, and we do not expect this to change, but if it does, this article will as well, as the new information will be added, strikingly or not.
