Buffalo MN shooting Authorities arrest the responsible person and dispose of an explosive

Five people were seriously injured in a shooting on Tuesdayor at a clinic in the city of Buffalo, Minnesota, Wright County spokesman John Holler announced.
The events took place in the Allina Health Care Clinic de Buffalo, a city of about 16,000 inhabitants 40 miles northwest of Minnepolis.
Near the At 11 am, the local police received word of the shooting at the clinic, after which the police mobilized to the area. The alleged perpetrator of the events was arrested and ambulances and doctors arrived to treat the injured, including three who were taken to be treated.
While the spokesman said there was no bomb, CNN reported that police personnel removed an item from the clinic and placed it in a Minnesota explosives unit patrol.
The Star Tribune reported that there was indeed an explosion at the clinic, citing police emergency audios.
Images from local television stations show that the windows of the building’s facade took several shots.

Hours after the events, Buffalo Police Chief Pat Budke revealed the identity of the perpetrator.
Gregory Ulrich, 67, is cited as the author of the attack on the clinic. “There is a history that he was not happy with the medical care he received” and it was a premeditated attack on the clinic or anyone within the clinic, although the investigation has not determined the exact cause. What they did report is that it was a person who already had a criminal record.
Police also found several artifacts in a room at the Super Motel 6 where Ulrich was staying, according to reports CNN.
Ulrich is expected to appear before a judge on Thursday to pass judgment.
