It’s no secret that Britney Spears’ boyfriend Sam Asghari has a deadly body.
And the Iranian personal trainer has been candid about the much bigger role health plays in his life.
He credited his healthy lifestyle for helping him beat COVID-19 when he took to Instagram on Tuesday to reveal his recent diagnosis, after ending his 10-day quarantine.

‘2020 has been a crazy / twisted year for all of us. Recently tested positive for Covid-19, I was lucky enough to hear the news before being around and infecting my loved ones (friends, family, significant other). I quickly isolated myself and started my quarantine process on my own. ‘
He continued with his symptoms, which thankfully didn’t last too long as he managed to keep up with his fitness routine in lockdown.
Sam wrote: ‘This is where my healthy lifestyle helped a lot, I only had cold symptoms for 1 day on day 2 after positive testing, but 24 hours later I was completely normal.
Self-Quarantine: He continued, ‘2020 has been a crazy / twisted year for all of us. Minor Symptoms: He went on with his symptoms, which thankfully didn’t last too long: ‘This is where my healthy lifestyle helped a lot, I only had cold symptoms for 1 day on day 2 after positive testing, but 24 hours later was perfectly normal’
Fitness routine: He added, “I just kept going with my workouts and clean food at home. 10 days later I was no longer contagious and tested negative twice and got permission from the doctors to end the quarantine and return to my loved ones’

He added: ‘I spend a lot of time cleaning and think about how important our health is in general, even outside of Covid, at the end of our lives one of the most important things will be health, I will continue my best do and inspire you to also live a healthy life. ‘
The fitness influencer has since reunited with his pop icon girlfriend and appeared in an adorable video on her Instagram on Wednesday.
They’ve been riding a knee scooter around her house from the moment she broke her foot in February as her dogs chased them.
She wrote: ‘This is the same scooter I had to use when I broke my foot and couldn’t walk around … it was kind of fun back then but now I use it as a daredevil around my house !!!! I hope you all have a great Christmas !!!! ‘
