Dolphins tight side Mike Gesicki sustained a shoulder injury in last Sunday’s game against Kansas City and it is unclear if he will be available for this week’s game against the Patriots.

Gesicki did not train on Wednesday and head coach Brian Flores did not tell much about the status of the tight ending on Thursday.

‘He is work very hard. Troublesome injury last week. He is receiving treatment and rehabilitation. We’ll see where it goes, ‘Flores said through Omar Kelly of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Gesicki is second on the Dolphins in yards and receives 602 this year, behind DaVante Parker’s 677. He has 14 passes for 153 yards with three touchdowns in the past two weeks.
