Bad Bunny entered the WWE universe through his collaboration with Booker T. After the rapper released the song “Booker T” it made sense for him to perform it at the Royal Rumble and that has spread to several gigs on Raw.
Speaking on his radio show, Booker T explained why Bad Bunny’s history in WWE progresses without him from the Royal Rumble.
“I could definitely see his vibe and how he felt,” said Booker T. “I was ready, man, I was running like crazy. I really enjoyed doing the song and then doing the segment with him. but didn’t want to delete it or anything.
“To see how he got out and stood his ground with The Miz and Morrison and then Damian Priest, I loved it. I thought if I was anywhere near him something would have been taken from him so I blessed him and told him after making the song I said to him it’s all up to you what’s here in the future happens’. I think Bad Bunny has done well, ”he said.
Indeed, Bunny appears to have a path to Wrestlemania that does not feature Booker T as it is rumored he could team up with Damian Priest to take on Miz and Morrison in WWE’s biggest event.
