Bindi Irwin welcomed her first child, daughter Grace Warrior, last month.
And on Sunday, Terri Irwin introduced her granddaughter to some of the creatures at the family’s famous Australia Zoo in Queensland.
Although Bindi was no stranger to the crocodile enclosure as a baby, Terri chose to take a little three-week-old girl to meet some of the tamer farm animals.

“Introducing Grace to some of the animals that live in her backyard,” Terri wrote a photo on Twitter featuring a few chickens.
The 56-year-old Irwin matriarch recently shared her joy at becoming a grandmother on Twitter, saying her late husband Steve Irwin would have been “ extremely proud. ”
Terri wrote, “Love is not a big enough word. My heart is so incredibly happy. And I know Steve would be more than proud. ‘

Steve, known to millions of people around the world as ‘the crocodile hunter’, was filming a documentary when he was fatally stabbed in the heart by a stingray on September 4, 2006 in Batt Reef, Queensland. He was 44 years old.
Steve had once rocked both Bindi and Robert as young children, presenting slices of meat at feed displays at Australia Zoo’s Crocoseum.
Terri added, “Grace is the next generation to continue its mission and message of conservation… She chose her parents wisely. Bindi and Chandler are already the best parents ever. ‘

Bindi and Chandler announced the birth of their daughter on March 26, a day after welcoming the child to Buderim Private Hospital on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
The couple first met at Australia Zoo in 2013, when the American former wakeboarder took a tour of Australia Zoo in Queensland.
Grace was born on the couple’s first wedding anniversary while they tied the knot the zoo grounds in March 2020 amid the coronavirus pandemic.
