Joe BidenThe inauguration ceremony will be covered by a security company, which pays Uncle Sam generously, to keep the president-elect safe – and it looks like all they can do is, he’s in good hands.
TMZ has obtained federal tender documents showing that the Secret Service hired a company called Showcall Security Services to assist with the January inauguration. The company scored a $ 7.5 million contract for the job … and it sounds like they’ll be worth every penny of the taxpayer.
As it turns out, a division of Showcall called Checkmate is deployed here – and a look at their specialties shows why they cost a pretty penny. Checkmate has ‘temporary deployable security’ tools that create ‘paved perimeters’ that can stop vehicle-induced threats and attempted weapons transfer from people passing through checkpoints

Checkmate also notes that they design and deliver “robust access control programs and advanced surveillance and threat detection systems” that leverage data analytics – thus, premium material.
But wait … there is more.
Other services Checkmate offers for large scale events include (but are not limited to) … anti-scale fencing, a mobile command post, all types of tactical barriers, golf carts and gators, light poles, traffic control, mobile power generation, tenting and perhaps most usable of all … portable bathrooms !!!
Of course we have already heard the inauguration ceremony will be reduced compared to the past years – but it is clear that they are not skimping on the protection of the future POTUS.
