Bethenny Frankel buys $ 2.1 million Colonial Connecticut

There’s a new housewife in Greenwich, Conn.!

Reality TV star and entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel has bought a classic Colonial through a trust in Nutmeg State’s wealthiest city for just $ 2.12 million.

At the same time, Frankel’s former Tribeca apartment – which she sold for $ 7 million in 2016 – has reappeared on the market, this time for $ 7.49 million.

The five-bedroom, 4½-bathroom house in Greenwich, on Pecksland Road, originally charged $ 2.85 million in 2018.

The trustee listed for the purchase of the former star of Bravo’s new home “Real Housewives of New York” is Matt Klarberg, chief executive of Monarch Business and wealth management, who considers Frankel his client, Variety said.

The 4,698 square foot spread has a red door and a white wooden fence. The house was built in 1945 and is set on 2.1 acres.

Inside, it features a large foyer, an open-plan living area and a family room, both of which feature cozy fireplaces. French doors lead to a stone patio, garden and pool. There is also a chef’s eat-in kitchen, a dining room with custom cabinetry, a wine cellar and a master suite with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a sitting room and a private terrace.

The current design is quite traditional. However, we hear that Frankel plans to spice it up with some modern touches.

The Greenwich house agent, Maria Crowley of Houlihan Lawrence, declined to comment.
