Memes about Sanders because of the way he sat, wearing a mask, a sports coat and a pair of wool gloves to protect himself from the cold, caught everyone’s attention.
This caused several memes, photo montages and even Instagram filters, so Sanders decided to take the opportunity and put a sweatshirt up for sale on his website with the iconic meme.

What has caught the eye is that not many hours passed – since it started to be commercialized – that it was already there out of stock.
The page reported that due to high demand, the sweatshirts will reach their owners in four to eight weeks.

However, the senator assured that it is not about profit to take advantage of the opportunity and that the profit from the sweatshirt will benefit the program “Food on wheels”, an initiative responsible for providing food to people who have a hard time obtaining it, especially the elderly.
Undoubtedly a most admirable move on the part of the senator who, far from being bothered by the meme, knew how to help the needy with what is now a trend.
