Bekah Martinez of “Bachelor” fame recently said she was sexually assaulted on Friday while out with her kids.
The Season 22 alum took to Instagram to share the experience, identifying a teenager as the culprit.
“I was just out for a walk looking like this, pushing my sleeping baby and holding my toddler’s hand, when a teenager came by skateboarding and grabbed my butt.”
The photo shows 26-year-old Martinez wearing a long-sleeved T-shirt and brown shorts. She shares two-year-old daughter Ruth and nine-month-old son Frankie with boyfriend Grayston Leonard.
“I felt totally helpless when I yelled at him, ‘THAT’S NOT OK. WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU? She continued. “I wanted to chase him and pull him off his skateboard. Hit him in the back. Do anything, anything to make him realize that what he did was so wrong. “
Ruth was so shocked. She kept repeating in her 2-year-old voice, “Are you all right, Mommy?” I’m not okay. I am angry.”
Martinez went on to dislike the perpetrators’ behavior because he felt brave enough to take the step in broad daylight while she was with her family. She also revealed that she had a similar experience when she was 21 years old.
“I remember being alone on the beach at 21 when a man came up to me with his dk in his hand. I felt helpless then too. I hate this. I hate that this is the world my daughter will grow up in. “
