Inter Miami CF has appointed Phil Neville as their manager.
Sources told ESPN that Beckham had started talks with his former Manchester United team-mate last week about the possibility of coaching Miami. Recently, the MLS team had fired Uruguayan Diego Alonso.
Earlier this Monday, it was announced that Neville had stepped down from his role as coach of the England women’s team.

Miami finished 10th in its debut season at the MLS Eastern Conference in 2020, but sources said Beckham and his fellow investors are determined to see an improvement in performance in 2021.
Neville, co-owner of EFL League Two club Salford City alongside Beckham, has coached England’s national women’s team since 2018. The former England international spent a season coaching the first team at United during David Moyes’ year. was in charge in 2013-14 and also worked briefly in LaLiga with Valencia led by Nuno Espirito Santo and his brother, Gary, during the 2015-16 season.
