Yannina Ruiz Rosa, 22 years old and representative of the Bayamón Municipality, won the Miss Puerto Rico Petite 2021 title yesterday, Saturday evening, among the 15 other representatives of Puerto Rican petite beauty.
The athletic therapy student and ballet teacher stood out during the competition for her beauty and personality. Knowing she was the winner, she dedicated the award to her family, work team, sponsors and her fans.
“All dreams are important, no matter if it’s small or big, whatever you want, you can achieve it,” said the new queen.
Miss Puerto Rico Petite was held at the Humacao Fine Arts Center, among a passionate audience governed by the security protocols designed to prevent COVID-19 infections.
The fourth runner-up was Miss Vega Baja Petite (Gianelys Miranda), the third runner-up was Miss San Juan Petite (Nashalie Trinidad), the second runner-up was Miss Guaynabo Petite (Andrea Casanova) and the first runner-up was Mrs. Mayagüez (Andrea Martell).
